General provisions

This policy defines which activities are prohibited when using Weelay.

Weelay provides technical infrastructure for creating and checking USDT TRC20 invoices. The service is not intended for illegal activity, buyer deception, concealment of criminal activity or circumvention of legal restrictions.

By using Weelay, the merchant agrees to comply with this policy, applicable laws and third-party rights.

Weelay may restrict an account, project, API key or access to specific features if this policy is violated.

Main principle

The merchant must not use Weelay for activity that is illegal, misleading to buyers, violates third-party rights, creates an increased fraud risk or may harm the reputation and security of the service.

If merchant activity causes complaints, signs of deception or technical risks, Weelay may review the activity and restrict the use of the service.

Fraud and deception

Weelay must not be used for fraud, scams, buyer deception or receiving payments without the intention to fulfill an order.

Prohibited activities include:

  • fake stores;
  • sale of non-existent goods or services;
  • false promises of results;
  • hiding material conditions;
  • changing information after payment;
  • mass buyer deception schemes;
  • collecting payments while impersonating another person or brand.

Phishing and malicious activity

Weelay must not be used for phishing, malware, data theft or unauthorized access.

Prohibited activities include:

  • phishing pages;
  • collection of passwords, seed phrases, private keys or access codes;
  • distribution of malware;
  • sale of botnets, exploits or malicious tools;
  • hacking services for accounts, websites, servers or devices;
  • instructions and services for unauthorized access.

Stolen data and illegal access

Weelay must not be used to accept payment for stolen, illegally obtained or confidential data.

Prohibited items include:

  • personal data databases;
  • stolen accounts;
  • bank cards and payment data;
  • identity documents and copies;
  • access to third-party systems;
  • SIM cards, numbers, accounts or profiles obtained illegally.

Drugs, weapons and dangerous goods

Weelay must not be used for the sale or promotion of drugs, weapons, ammunition, explosives, poisons, dangerous chemicals or other goods that are prohibited or strictly regulated.

Instructions, mediation and services that help acquire, hide or distribute such goods are also prohibited.

Violence, exploitation and illegal content

Activities related to violence, human exploitation, human trafficking, sexual exploitation, child abuse material, blackmail, threats or coercion are prohibited.

Content and services that clearly facilitate harm to other people are also prohibited.

Money laundering, sanctions and circumvention

Weelay must not be used for money laundering, financing illegal activity, sanctions evasion, hiding the origin of funds or helping avoid legal restrictions.

Weelay may restrict an account or project if the activity appears suspicious, is connected to prohibited jurisdictions, sanctioned persons, illegal schemes or complaints.

Prohibited financial and investment services

Weelay must not be used for illegal financial services, investment scams, pyramid schemes, pseudo-trading, promises of guaranteed returns, unlicensed fund management or fundraising for questionable investment schemes.

Projects that promise income without a clear source, pressure buyers or hide real risks are especially prohibited.

Intellectual property violations

Weelay must not be used for the sale of pirated content, counterfeit goods, illegal software copies, stolen digital products, cracked licenses or materials that violate third-party rights.

Circumvention of platform rules

Weelay must not be used to accept payment for services that clearly violate rules of other platforms or help bypass restrictions, bans, anti-fraud systems, advertising rules or security mechanisms.

Misleading buyers

The merchant must clearly describe the product, service, price, fulfillment conditions, timing, limitations and refund policy.

The merchant must not hide important terms, use fake reviews, impersonate another brand, promise impossible results or change conditions after payment.

Complaints and reviews

If Weelay receives a complaint about a merchant, the service may review technical data related to the invoice, payment, project, webhook, API key and account.

Weelay may request an explanation or additional data from the merchant if this is necessary to evaluate risk.

Possible measures

If this policy is violated, Weelay may:

  • hide or restrict a project;
  • limit creation of new invoices;
  • revoke or block an API key;
  • block an account;
  • disable webhook delivery;
  • refuse service;
  • retain technical data for complaint review or service protection.

Measures may be applied without prior notice if there is a risk of harm to buyers, the service, third parties or infrastructure security.

Merchant responsibility

The merchant is solely responsible for the legality of the activity, goods, services, buyer support, refunds, complaints and compliance with applicable laws.

Weelay does not become a party to the transaction between the merchant and the buyer and does not confirm the legality of merchant activity merely because the merchant uses the service.

Summary

Weelay is intended for honest acceptance of USDT TRC20 payments for lawful goods and services.

Any activity related to fraud, illegal goods, malicious activity, buyer deception, money laundering or violation of third-party rights is prohibited.
