WEELAY FAQ

Invoices and statuses

Invoice creation, expiration time, statuses, and payment lifecycle.

What is a Weelay invoice? +
An invoice is a payment link with a fixed amount, merchant TRC20 address, expiration time, and payment status.
What invoice statuses exist? +
Main statuses: pending means waiting for payment, paid means confirmed as paid, expired means the payment time has expired, and failed means the invoice cannot be completed successfully.
When should an order be considered paid? +
An order should be considered paid when the invoice status becomes paid. A screenshot alone should not be treated as payment proof.
How long is an invoice valid? +
An invoice is valid for a limited time. The timer is shown on the payment page. Late payments may require a separate review.
Can a new invoice be created for the same order? +
Yes. The merchant can create a new invoice if the old one expired or the buyer needs a new payment link.
