What goods and services are prohibited? +
Illegal, fraudulent, sanctioned, harmful, and other high-risk use cases are prohibited. The detailed rules are described in the Acceptable Use Policy.
Can Weelay be used for fraudulent schemes? +
No. Such projects may be restricted, disabled, or sent for additional review.
Can Weelay restrict a project? +
Yes. A project may be restricted because of rule violations, suspicious activity, complaints, abuse, or risk to the service.
Who is responsible for the merchant’s goods or services? +
The merchant is responsible for goods, services, order fulfillment, buyer support, and refunds. Weelay provides payment infrastructure.
Where should I report a complaint or technical issue? +
You can contact Weelay support. For payment questions, include the invoice id, order id, transaction hash, amount, network, and a description of the situation.
