WEELAY FAQ
Accepting payments
How buyers pay invoices, how payment checks work, and what merchants should know.
How does a buyer pay an invoice? +
The buyer opens the payment page, checks the amount, network, and recipient address, then sends USDT TRC20 to the merchant address shown on the page.
Why does Weelay use USDT TRC20? +
Weelay supports USDT TRC20 payments to keep payment verification, support, and integration simple and reliable.
Can an invoice be paid through another network? +
No. The invoice must be paid in USDT TRC20. A payment through another network may not be confirmed and funds may be lost.
Who pays the network fee? +
The sender pays the network fee: the buyer, their wallet, or their exchange. Weelay does not control TRON network fees.
What happens if the buyer sends the wrong amount? +
If the amount is lower, higher, or split into several transactions, the invoice may not be confirmed automatically. The merchant should review the transaction and decide how to handle the order or refund.
